I've applied for my husband's immigration for about 6 months now...we are moving towards the last stages of the procedure..our sign to visa center website has failed. I'm not quite sure what to do next. Do we wait to hear from them for an interview date or do i call and ask for one? Can i call this Monday and ask for a date?

Hi everyone,

i've a question regarding using white-out. Can i use white-out on the application? My husband sent me his DS-230 application, and he made a mistake on one of the question. Can i just correct it using white-out? I can't print it out again because of the paper size is different.

i've a question regarding DS3032. On the email, did you put the American address as the one to send all the further paperworks?

I've applied for an immigrant visa for my husband in India. I did the AOS billing and am supposed to send the DS-3032. I'm confused if i should my address (in America) or his address in India.

Maybe someone that has already gone through the NVC process can answer the following questions:

1. Do we suppose to send 4 photos with the DS-230, Two for the DS-230 and two for the medical exam?

2. Does the NVC schedule the medical exam?

i've a question for you about DS-3032. When you emailed DS-3032 did you put an American address or your spouse's address? My husband is in India and he is the beneficiary. But, we are wondering if they send papers to him in India, if that's going to more time.

One more question regarding DS-3032..is it better for me to receive all the rest of paperworks from NVC rather than them sending it all the way to India? or is it the whole point of this form:)?

Yup...just sent mine off this morning.

Be sure to poke around the forum a bit, and especially visit the Wikis. There's a lot of information out there, and it's best to get as informed as possible before you continue with the process.

Also, be sure to fill in your timeline when you have a moment, as it helps folks here know exactly where you are with the process, including what visa you're filing for and where you live etc.
