at first I thought a lawyer is necessary to file the petition...but after repeatedly reading the instructions and bumping into VJ, a lawyer is not needed after all!

  Nope you'll be good. I did all my husbands paperwork and I have NO law knowledge. I would like to reccomend the book "Fiancee and Marriage Visas" by NOLO publisher. It will be your immigration BIBLE xD

I just called the DOS and the lady told me my visa was issued yesterday!!! I still am in shock and don't even believe it untill i have it in my hands!!! Thank you Allah for your mercy!!
