    Hi, just wondering how you went about transferring from the Montreal consulate to Vancouver?

    My situation is the same - fiance is a Filipina living in Manitoba, Canada on a working visa. We put Vancouver on the I-129F, but when I called NVC this morning they said they will send it to Montreal (it hasn't left NVC yet).
