hey! i had to file an i824 too, which was a huge mistake!! you do no have to file i824 in order for them to transfer ur case to NVC. its an error!...look at my time line, i wasted 5 months waiting for it to be approved. i finally had to involve my congressman to get it solve, PM me if you have any question i went thru this process. good luck.

hi, i had a question/ i was approved by cis 3 months ago and still havnt heard anything from nvc yet? do u think getting a congresman involved would help? thank u please reply
