Just have a quick question about I-864:
My wife and i are living with my grandparents for the moment. My income does not meet the requirments to qualify my I-864, so i'm getting a joint sponsor: my grandparents.
Since we both live in the same house, but we both provide for ourselves, I am filing my own I-864 while my grnadparents file their own I-864. Just wanted to make sure this was safe, and that it could be done this way (as opposed to my grandparents filing form I-864A).

Give us a little more info. What vaccine? Not sure there is a waiver for the fee's, but I would be suprized if you have to prove extreme hardship on a vaccine waiver. Think there is some interaction with CDC on this. Will do some more research on this.. there must be a better answer
Thanks, specifically Tdap, mmr, and varicella. It is the second check box on the first page of the I-601.

Here's another exciting vaccination waiver, basically i just have 2 simple questions, of which i have seen some vague and contradictory information around the interwebs.
1. Will i need to include an additional $585 for the I-601 if filed concurrently with the I-485?
2. Do i still need to prove extreme hardship? I was under the impression that i do, but since this waiver is for an already hardly-disqualifying area of the INA, i'm not sure about this bit.
Thanks in advance!

In my state they require a notarized letter stating that there is no SSN for my fiancee.
But the marriage license office is a bit far, and their telephone number is no help.
What i was wondering was do i need to go get the letter myself and notarized at my bank or do they do it there?

Not really. We're getting comfortable now comparing ourselves - in terms of freedom and liberty - to Saudi Arabia. If the goal of the 9/11 attacks was to destroy the American way of life, to have us throw overboard that which made this country great, then they're still succeeding to this date.

INGRAHAM: There’s a disconnect, George, between the elites and the way they think about this, and, I think most New Yorkers, and most of the country. I know Michael Bloomberg was out there saying, “Well, our values need to be properly represented to the world, and if this mosque isn’t going to be built, what is that going to say? The terrorists win!” Well, I say the terrorists have won with how this has gone down. 600 feet from where thousands of our fellow Americans were incinerated in the name of political Islam, and we’re supposed to be cheering this?!
So, basically her point is, once the blood (of Americans- Who cares about anyone else..... oh wait, except latin America, our NATO allies, any other military allies, allies and 'experts' we're told to believe are real from the media and gov't, etc.
) starts flowing, the Constitution goes out the window?

Oh snap
I imagine that in a Microsoft Sam voice.

I'm 100% with you though, if we happen to "outgun" some criminals out there in the desert and some of our air support or arty lands on their side... well, too freakin bad.
Exactly. The border is shared by TWO countries, and TWO countries need to make efforts to secure it, from exits and entrances.
This isn't the US border with the big Mexican baby abyss with ALL these people that NEED saving. Unlike what some other open-border fans tend to think.

I've heard it's a great place to visit, but you wouldn't wanna' live there.
Strange.... That makes it the 195th country I've read that about....

As far as I know you cannot stop anyone from entering the country, nor you can advice the immigration who should be allowed and who should not be allowed.
The best I can think of is, once this person is in the country, you can go to court and get a no contact order from the court and after this if he attempts to get in touch you can contact your local police and based on the no contact order from Judge they can put this person in custody and could be subject to removal from the country.
Actually, visas (particularly immigrant ones) are quite often delayed or even denied because of third party correspondence. It actually is just about that easy to delay or deny someone else's visa, if you have their DOB, full name, address or A# whatever.... Just tell the embassy some lies, or in this case a reason why he should be denied and thats the end of that.

Florida, especially its southern portion, is a major U.S. migration destination for nationals from the Caribbean and Latin America, making it a cultural and racial melting-pot.
Huuuuuuhhhhhh.
Here we go with this again....

Why?
If you need to ask why, you probably wouldn't understand the answer.

One of the biggest problems many Western European countries have been facing with immigrants is that they have had less integration or homogenization while the U.S. has not had that happen. Not yet at least. And there is strong indication that Birthright Citizenship is one of the contributing factors. Birthright Citizenship in this country means that this country, at least in terms of our Constitution, doesn't care where you came from, what you look like, or who your parents were - if you are born here, you become a citizen of the U.S.. Maybe that's a difficult concept for many Europeans to grasp, but it means a lot to us Americans who value the traditions and framework that made this country the great melting pot that it has always been since the formation of this country.
Really? Perhaps you should tell that to the American's who's great-grandparents were slaves.

The chemicals here in Cincinnati may've made the girls get boobies earlier, but it also made my wang hugified!
So that's why I'm always buying big underwear....

Oh that hurts that so much. You have totally convinced me that I am wrong
haha. yeah sure. Running out of steam are you? You need to quit trashing me and help Paul find some type of evidence on why the Supreme Court is wrong.
A. The Supreme Court did not write the law.
B. Their ruling was based on facts provided 100+ years ago. If it were brought up again, there would at least be a lot of new evidence brought to light.
C. I'm gonna say it like it is: THE SCOTUS IS POLITICALLY BIASED. It has members chosen by the president, and whichever one of the many many (2) parties in congress has more members, will ultimately decide how the court rules.
