I am a US citizen and applied for my brother who was in India couple years ago. His petition is now approved. My concern is that my brother is now married and he is no longer in India. He has moved legally to Canada.
There is no body at the address where my brother used to live. So, how do I now tell INS that my brother's address has changed and also that he now has a family?
