Hi Shayma, the NOID letter, after our i-130 was re-opened, was sent within a month of reopening. We had 87 days to submit further evidence. We did not have to pay any fee to USCIS at this point. But we did have to pay our attorney for his brief and submitting the evidences we gathered for him. Thanks.

I have been reading your blog about life in the Philippines. It's been a long time since you sent the paperwork for your wife. I wonder if Vermont is overloaded with these cases. Do you have a lawyer? If you do perhaps you can see if a mandamus is needed...
