applicant AP clear  embassy emailed to send passport and... to Courier  . when i logged in click on applicant name .  click next page  choose Courier  click next page asking for date for interview  show me this msg:  There are no available appointments at the selected location. Please try again later.  i can not go to next page  the next page is disabled i called and email technical support  , customer service and .... no respond  please someone helppp

in 2010 my fiance came to us as k1 . she received her conditional green card on jan 2011.feb 2012 i found out she is cheating on me and told her about it. on march 2012 she filed order protection and divorce and put me in jail 4 times last week we went to court and got dismissed . i gave the judge all pictures and evidence. anyway i won the case . now she is still on conditional green card . i want to deport her what should i do ?

i filled up from DS-160 online and send all information and photo..... on FEB,01 via turkey ankara embassy website they emailed me confirmation number we are almost MAY do i have to do anything ? or just wait ?

i had same problem in turkey . i was with my fiancée when she had interview. they told us that she was in AP but after interview the dude was so cool and he passed her. anyway he told us we will receive visa in 3 business day . so we wait for 7 days nothing .... i called them i was pissed =)) they told me because she was AP we send all document to US to print visa. finally i had to go to embassy and get visa by hand not UPS =)) . ups own me $10

two months after my fiance came to us i am doing AOS for her, in JFK airport they toke all medical and vacinne forms and cds . what should i do for form i-693-report of medical?

how did you find out about mar-5 . anyway no is not, on marriage certificate we have her real last name . do i have to change it to my last name? she came on march 5 . do you think i have to go back to ssn dept and talk to someone else ?

i went to SSN dept to change my fiance(wife) last name to my lastname after we got married, the officer told me her i-94 has been expired after we got married and i have to apply for marriage I-94?????????? is the officer was right or i just have to go back and talk to another officer . she came to us on march 2010 and now i am filling AOS for her .
