Just spoke with NVC agent and they've received and processed the DS-3032 yesterday. When will IV Bill be available for payment? I went and checked the bill pay site which still shows as not invoiced.

star, don't worry. mumbai tends to be "easier" on their applicants than delhi. we had other things against us last year. so i wouldn't worry too much.

This is simply rediculous that issuing Fiance/Spouse visa can be consulate (location specific). The bonafide evidence that they are asking for, if provided, should suffice. Why does it dependent on consulate or the interviewing person?

These wanna be "BIG SHOTS" should know that our lives are already torn apart dealing with these proximity, day in and day out.

The date code needs to be for the previous business day. Example.. if it shipped today 10/16/2009 the ref code would be EXP15 OCT 2009A

There are 3 letter codes.. A, B and C.. each needs to be run individually. The ref code EXP15 OCT 2009A will only yield results of shipments from today. mondays code will be EXP16 OCT 2009A

Interesting....My case is still in the midst of being processed at NVC however I am curious to know how this works. In the DHL site, there are two mandory fields Reference # and Date. How are you guys tracking the package? What is supposed to the reference #? When I put Reference # EXP 15 OCT 2009A, I am getting an error stating it's invalid??

I missed a space EXP 15 OCT 2009A leave the date at what they had it set at when the page opened.. insert the ref code and 03801 as the zip code

How are A, B, and C used at the end of the reference code being used differently? What do they mean? For the purpose of tracking, we are to use A (not B and C) at the end, is that right?

There will be no certain reasons for that, for it's a case to case basis.

Your case might be different from my case, so there'e is no particular reasons.

But I have this friend, he got delayed for 4 months in NVC because of the PCC that does not contain expiration date.

Probably, most of the reasons are RFEs being submitted that does not satisfy the NVC.

I scheduled and attended my medical without problem before I got my interview date.

The London Embassy medical FAQs state:

Why I am being asked to schedule the medical examination when the Embassy has not yet scheduled the visa interview? The medical results will be valid for 12 months and it will help to speed up the final processing of your application if we have received them before your the visa interview, however, it is not compulsory.

Good to go for your advance medical then, If your medical is valid for 12 months.

If I am not absolutely 100% positive , I wouldn't suggest/recommend anything. Sir, I have seen you post some inaccurate information which can be a ground for delay in immigration/NVC processing...Anyways, what does medical have to do with PCC? OP is concerned about medical, if I'm not mistaken..

I didn't send my divorce decree with the DS-230 and we had no issues. I gave my wife the original divorce decree to her so she can take it with her during the interview.

The DS-230 pertains to the beneficiary, its all their information, and documents. Nothing on the Petitioner there. Not even a signature for the Petitoner required for DS-230 form.

One last thing, Im the petitioner, I was divorced, I did NOT send my divorce decree with the DS-230 for my husband the beneficary, and I finished NVC and have a interview. Now does that answer your question???

I was looking at this , as well - thinking that I (the USC Petitioner ) would have to submit my divorce decree whilst at NVC Processing Stage.

I ran through all of the pages at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html and could not find ANYTHING about the Petitioner's Divorce Decree Documents.

I sent three third party support letters. But not one from the USC. Is that required?

Na..There is no requirement as such. It can be from anyone as long as its original. I had them notarized in India..

Christeen..You were right..Looks like the first wave of storm has just touched me. I just received AOS and DS-3032 via email , just after a day after they entered my 130 into their system..Ok deep breath and definitely don't want to screw up this time as I did with USCIS..

My petition was approved with 2 affidavits..They are not explicitly demanding for # of affidavit but since it says "AFFIDAVITS" in 130 requirement, I assumed it was more than 1, at least two..

I had to wait more than a minute. To be precise it was 62 days before our 130 was approved but certainly not due to # of affidavits, I'm sure..

Then I would say 50/50 shot of being accepted or not!!! BUT, send it again WHEN NVC sends it to you!!

If that NVC Tele-Operator took the email addresses over the phone, then WAIT. yer gonna get a 'DS-3032 kit' sent to both email addresses, which will have a fee bill (for 70 bucks ) and a DS-3032 and some barcode. Should be a few days, but might be up to 10.

Congrats on your NOA2. Looks like its taking about 2 weeks to get stuff loaded into NVC's system. Yours should be anytime now.

On the other hand, our K3 (129 F) which was approved the same day as 130 hasn't yet loaded into the system yet.

I am really thinking about taking the quickest route, doesn't matter if I have to deal wth Adjustment of status later...

Who... wait-a-minute (sorry couldent help the irony) But seriously.... You jumped the gun here!!!! It is useless to send the 3032 until they have technically "generated it"... It will be ignored unless they are ready to accept it... Just haveing the NVC# is not enough, they have to ask for the documents....

For anyone confused the formula is this

Petitioner = Get NVC # + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send 854 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page

Benificerary = Get NVC# + receive 3032 + send 3032+ 3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay and wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail 230 package with all original/certified documents

======= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled

I was browsing thru and saw this related topic to my post. Why would USCIS require applicant to submit another form just to transfer case that has already been approved to NVC. Does not make sense.. They are making this darn thing too much complicated which it really shouldn't be. It's not a rocket science..just send it already..

I think you need to be patient...

Some cases will have anomalies, to be sure, but I don't think you have any reason to believe that your case is in the same boat as the one above.

Waiting can be annoying, yes, but there's no sense getting frustrated by it at this juncture.

Worst case scenario is that you can just wait for NVC to contact you, rather than vice versa. I don't think it's wise to jump to conclusions otherwise though.

I realize that. And that is exactly what I am lacking. I've heard people talk about meditation to build patience, may be I should try that..Need to subscribe to Meditation forum ..
