      I try to call the CS today my hubby also called them last week and all they say is i need to get physical exam and im not agree with that. i have a appointment for my shots tomrrow at local clinic here so we dont have much money to pay if we get my vaccination in civil surgeon. but they tried me to get my physical exam after that and they said for 2 days po.That the only one near from our place so idont have idea where CS we would go.:(
