i have the same situation,..you are not alone ok?...Im under AR also.i had my interview last monday April 26 at 7am.they gave me that pink slip also then i paid the Visa Delivery Fee.my friends whos been in US said i will just wait till they deliver the Visa.i have that white paper also saying wait till you hear from us.and the woman said they dont need anything from us anymore. and once they checked that something they wanna check then thats it.hope this make your friend calm.....wink*

Add me up.,.Im on March too..we received the NVC letter stating that they will send the approved petition within a week in Manila Consulate.Till now we are waiting for the said packet as for the Medical and Interview thing.Goodluck everyone.

we are in the same situation,..but good thing with this my fiance sending me all scanned copies of what hes getting from immigration,..We are also waiting for the packet that the NVC will send soon as they indicated in the letter they sent us.Stop worrying and stop confusing yourself.,.we received the NVC letter last March 4 and till now we are waiting for the packet..It says on the letter that if more than 4 weeks and still got nothing then thats the time we are goin to follow up.Hope this post will make you calm and let you know that you are not the only one on this ######.lol..later!

We finally got our NOA2 also.,.and it was approved.,.yehey..

Just now ive check my thing on USCIS PAGE and i finally got my NOA2!!!

HIV.,.Yes,..but the petitioner should decide whether he will continue the petition or not.,.once he made a decision that he agreed on his/her partner to come to US with HIV then they will still grant the visa.

HIV is no longer a cause for denial. That ban was overturned by Obama in January.

hi,I am currently working in Australian Visas,.evry Embassy have the same criteria when it comes to medical,.any communicable diseases will hold up your application.,.eg.Tuberculosis(which u need treatment) and HIV's.,.if an applicant undergone from surgery all they need to show was the medical certificate from their physician.Hope this lil explanation will clear things out.

I just want to know generally what are the causes for failing medical exam?? Small things like having hemorrhoids or alike would be a reason to fail the exam? pls. help..

actually guys,..i had checked the timelimes on igors list,..just one Philippine Couple is on the list and the rest are other countries,..so Im hoping for the best.,.and hope the NOA2 will arrive very soon to our mailboxes and doorsteps.,.Please keep us posted whenver you guys received your NOA2.,.Thanks.

i guess our only option is to wait. i'm willing to wait and it's worth waiting. just curious if others got approved and ours not yet and it seems like we're not the only one having this kind of situation. it's a bit stressful but we're fine with it. Both of us are going strong and we're holding on. by the way guys, i'm new to posting comments and i really appreciate it if somebody will help me out how to post my timeline.

hi guys,till now we are still waiting for our NOA2 and we received our NOA1 last Nov 3,2009 and till now nothing really happens,.checking the mail box evryday.,.checking my status online,.but nothing really happens,..im being impatient now and i miss my fiance sooo much.,.It says in the USCIS processing time that K1 only takes 5 mos.,.

Well ,..all we can do is wait.,. later VJ people.
