just an update, i just called nvc,they recieved our docs on the 2nd, the lady said at the moment there shooting for about 20 bussiness days for completion of case,unless they want more info, go figure, j_h

ya i just called, got the canned response, please wait 20 bussiness days,wait wait wait thats all we do it seems.j_h

we are using lawyer and so he is sending out docs im hoping they get sent out today,but their being sent from vietnam,so no idea when they will get there,i am just glad we are both moving along in the neverending game of waiting,i just want to get to the stage where somebody tells me ok your interview is jan 1st or feb 1st or what ever i just need a date

We also got paid by today for my AOS and IV fee

same here,im not sending ds3032 cos my lawyer is automatically the agent,anyhow that what ive been told, but still checking payment portal to see if i can pay fees, but nothing here?getting impatient again

ya me too,i called i got though to nvc live person they just keep sayin still inside the 15day bussiness timeframe so just wait,im tired of waiting but its just stages of waiting,im ok with that, i just want all the paperwork done, then have a interview date to sit back and prepare for.

thats great,ya we just recieved noa2 hard copy today,ive been call nvc the last few days just in case get lucky,i actually got though to operator second time that was on friday she told me to wait 15 bussiness days till i can get our case # but some on here get as soon as 5 or six, so im gonna try every day, any how lets keep in touch and help each other, best of luck rest of way
