  6. Thank you for the idea pascal I just missed to give my divorce letter from the court that show it was dropped because my exhusband did not take care of it after I signed the divorced papers that thought its going to be fine cause his will take care of it. And by that forcing me to signed so that he would send me back to my country. and a letter from myfriends and relatives. I do hope they will send me another RFE.I couldn't stop crying and worrying about everythin what I've been thru. And I'm not having a job yet keep searching. I can't stop thinking what's gonna happen next. I don't know how to survive of this country.

  10. Hi,

It was just a very simple interview. The officer told me everything looks good and I am approving you. Instead he asked me if I have any questions from him. As simple as it can. Then he stamped my passport with a stamp of Green Card. I wish you all the best for your interview and would say don't worry at all. It will be fine.

    Thanks

A Big Congratulation Deeply ... Im so happy For you ..

  11. Thank you colours!!

My interview was supposed to be at 11am. I got there at 10:30.... It was 1:15 when I begged them to see me (I had to catch a bus back home at 2pm). The guy was really nice, apologized a million times for being late (he had many problematic cases that were before mine, that's why he was so late).. I told him not to worry about it... He made me swear that everything I told him was true, he just asked me if I was still married, to describe a little of what had happened, and he even laughed sometimes when I described what my ex-husband did to me... he even said: Did you put him in jail? I said: Yes!!! The officer even laughed and said well done... he got my medical exams, my divorce decree and confirmed my address, SSN, asked for my passport, canceled my K3 visa, and said that my visa was being approved.

In the middle of the interview he said: Call the cab now, cause I'm approving you and you need to go home and celebrate!

In the end, he just said I was getting the 10 year green card and that I could apply for citizenship after 5 years of permanent residency or in 3 years if I got married... I laughed and said that I wasn't planning on getting married and he laughed and said: I wouldn't either if I had gone through all that!

He apologized some more about the delay and just said that I'll be getting the green card in the mail within the next 2 weeks, gave me an approval letter and I was ready to go!

Wow that really nice to hear speedbaby .. everyone has a hope to be approved soon..

lets celebrate for your approval and Im so happy for you ..

good luck for the next level of your journey ..

  12. HI

Thanks for advice. I am thinking the sae but my l;awyer says he is looking at some legal angels i don'tknow what. He has not even bothered to call me & tell me what he is planning to do. He charged me 7000 us to file the application and now that i have paid him when i rcvd the rima facie he is not serious abt it.

    I am so f****n irritated.

Some lawyers are just wasted time and your money they dont even pay attention what the case they handle ..

But In my situation right now I think I'm comfortable with my lawyer she didn't even charge me any amount..

  13. Yes you can travel with an advanced parole, but only if none of your visas or the i-94 is expired or you overstayed. In my opinion it is not to be advised to take a plane. you might get lucky or not.

You don't have to go to court because you filed a vawa case.

    good luck

Even Im not in outside US Im living Minnesota and move to Cali.. ?

somebody says I'm on protective status cause I have pending a Vawa case.. confusing

  14. hello all members

I was gonna move to California ,taking a plane ...

I have no ID Only passport ..Their making me confused is somebody can answer my question pls ..I really really appreciate any answers

    Thank you and GOD bless

  15. Hello All,

I don't know where to start and what to write. I have tears in my eyes and my whole body is shivering. I got my VAWA approved after 3 months and 10 days. Its really a big big surprise for me. Today God has blessed me after a long and painful journey. I never imagined when I entered in this country that one day I would have to suffer so much and that too beacuse of the person whom I loved so much. I never thought that he would do this to me. He has abused and humilated me so much and left me homeless without any support. I did not ate so many days, cried so much with so many sleepless nights. I left my job, my family, my carrier everything for that person and he has done this to me. But today God has blessed me and I can think about my life ahead. I thank you all very much for all your support. This forum is like a family which shares their feeling with each other. It has supported me a lot. I am looking forward for the next step.

Thank you all again so much and Good Luck for those waiting for their approavl. I will pray for you all.

    Thanks

God Is all of us ...
