I submitted my paperwork last week to the consulate and received my interview date today here in Sydney.. I only provided the last year tax return and 3 years of W2 for the I-134 so i think you will be fine with just that.

For the consulate in Sydney, how many years of Tax returns are required? I have my tax return from last year and w-2s from the last 3 years. I'm wondering if that is sufficient or if i need to order transcripts for other years.

I seem to remember it being three years worth, but how many W2's should my fiance send me to have at the interview to supplement the I134? And does it matter from what time frame the pay stubs are from? His paychecks are always the same, so as long as they are from fairly recently, it's ok? Thankyou!

Does the Sydney consulate require 3 years of US tax returns? I looked at their website and I only saw reference to the most recent year tax return. I'm trying to figure out if one year and pay stubs are enough.
