  6. I'm so sorry bro to hear about what you went through .Well as most of people here told you the age gap is not a big deal '' I have seen so many people with huge age gap and they got their visas '' .But it seems like it depends on the CO mood .Maybe the same CO will approve a couple with huge age gap and maybe the same CO will deny another couple cause of age gap!!!

Talking about sue them .Believe me it wont worth it bro .It will cost you a lot of money and it will take so long time .

Try to get your wife's senator involved .They might give you another interview .

You are in my prayers bro .

i think so my brother she tried to call senator office they told her to write letter fax it or email it with all what happened and they will answer her in 2 weeks i dont know what to do is any way faster we need to keep the case in egypt and thank u my brother fr ur answer

Believe it or not I understand how you and her feel, lets say I was in your shoes once.

Keep in mind, this decision of denial is not end of the world, its a big world out there, Yes fight the decision, but still remember, its not the end of your marriage to her, keep planning on a life together, and look at new options also of making a life together. Beign together is all that counts. Best wishes.

we will never leave each other we love each other so much and we gona be together if they gaved us the visa or no u right my sister and our love is stronger than any thing and we will do it inshallah

thank u all for ur answers just tell me any way to contact senator office they told her to send letter and they will answer in 2 weeks is there r any thing faster than this thank u all

  8. ic

yes i totally agree with that one, i have alsoa friend of mine whos hubby from egypt and they have a big age diffferent ,,,, and not onlhy were they approved buyt visa recieved in a weeek, but always be positive and find out egy lover exactlyyyy what thier grounds for denial was, age difference is not a technal word for denial,, so find out what it is and u may also check into a lawyer good luck!

all the interview sister was about age gap she didnt talk about any other thing

  9. Egypt lover,

I am very sorry to hear about your denial. I admire your positive attitude. I am sure there is light at the tunnel. What are you planning to do now?

I recall that you applied for a B2 visa prior or after meeting your wife? Did the CO pose that at the interview?

    Aya

hey sister thank u for ur answer in the first interview the private one i talk about the b2 denid the consul said u should have requerments to get it i said is i may get refused he said u married to american citizen that never gona happened and he check hand with me and said congratulation

  10. Hello Eguypt Lover,

Sorry to hear about your bad expereience during the consular interview :crying: . Let me say this from experience and from people that I know closely; the AGE Difference is not that much of a Red Flag that many people have to worry about. I know someone very close to me and with almost 30 years age difference between him and his wife that got approved (wife 30 years yonger), but they truly had a genuine love and a bonafide relationship with lots and lots of evidence to prove it. Yes, age gap may open-up for a little more scrutiny by the CO but it will NEVER be a ground for visa rejection. So Egypt lover, if you have a gnuine love for your wife and a bonafide relationship with her, all you have to do is prove it! Present evidences and they will have no reason to deny you a re-union with your loved one. Tust me on this one!!!

    Good luck,

i was sure from this before the interview but u not gona belive it until u see whats going on iam not the only one its like 4 case this week and the problem is the age diffrence and they ask like they Irony i belive its just the age diffrence all the interview was about it i dont have any other red flags
