Hello friends I got my case completed couple days back...anybody waiting for the interview to be scheduled at Mumbai Embassy in India....also any information, concerns questions regarding mumbai embassy can be shared here....lets hope all we in final process can get date soon and be over with....

I am waiting for the December Interview date at Mumbai Embassy. Hopefully, my case will be complete before the end of this week.

I called the AVR this morning (9:30AM) and found out that I have RFE coming my way. I expected the Police Certificate to be missing and hope that is the only thing. The PC is has been mailed to me from the beneficiary on 10/22 and should be here any day now.

We got one also. 99% sure it is false RFE for us. The DS230 is at NVC but not entered into the system per the operator so they have sent RFE looking for the DS230 info. I talked to them Friday she said wait until Monday and see if it entered yet although the AVR says they sent a checklist out already dated 10/22. Sort of confused a bit but I think the operator was correct that the DS230 is not in the system yet because they get thousands of mail a day.

Well...according to the AVR it say all of my forms have been reviewed and found missing or incomplete. And I know for a fact that the PC is missing because I did not included with the DS-230 packet at the time. I hope this RFE is for the PC only. I am 100% sure that I sent everything except the PC.

I think its a false rfe. Your DS-230 packet was received on Oct 23, so it will not be in the system till next week. My DS-230 was received on Oct 16, and operator said that it wasn't in the system until Oct 23.

QUESTION Do you have to wait for any kind of email correspondence to pay the IV bill or can u pay it once you see it available to be paid on the online payment site?

You can pay the IV fee bill once it's available for payment online...

Do not pay it till you get a email from NVC. Paying before it is requested by email can delay your case because operators have to forward the whole issue to a supervisor. I would call NVC and ask them if I could pay it.

Yesterday I paid fee for IV processing, I got the trasaction receipt, and It was showing INPROCESS status.

morover I can see that they took money from my checking account.

But NVC site today It says NOT PAID. What is going on the NVC system.

I am really worried!

I talked to operator and they said system has not been updated since the bill showed up as paid. So, Hopefully, next time when they update their system, it'll get fixed.

that happened to me on my aos too with half being cut off. give it some hours, and it should get corrected. i found out at night, and when i woke up the next morning, it was fixed

I noticed that every time you post something your timeline shows up in that post. How do you do that? Also, your timeline has way too many options to fill in than mine.

I've been worried about sending in my 864 fast. I guess it doesn't matter! My AOS fee cleared my bank but it's not on the DOS website, and I'm out of town starting tonight. I'm sweating the small stuff! I'm sure it makes no difference if my 864 reaches them on Tuesday instead of tomorrow...because the 3032 needs to be accepted too, and it hasn't even been a week since that was sent...

Bill showed up online but I did not get a email from them that bill was generated.

some good news for me. Status of my IV bill has been changed to paid, but My coversheet is missing its half right part. I called NVC and operator said that she is requesting a supervisor to look at it.

I paid my IV bill on Friday October 9, but the Invoice was generated on Tuesday, October 13. I have been told by NVC that supervisor will look into my problem. They have told me to wait 10 to 15 business days. I am wondering if anyone else had a problem like I have. If someone else had made a mistake as I did, How long will it take for NVC to email me IV package?
