  1. I am a us citizen, My wife is a permenant resident, which i used visa journey to help with the k1 journey, and it made it very easy. We would like her nephew to come visit. He is 12, and lives with my wifes aunt and uncle. We would like for him to visit for 2 months. My wife actually took care of him most of his life, and we would like to adopt him eventually. Any help on how to get started, and/or a guide would be great, or a link to this answer. He is out of school for 2 months, april - may. He is in the philippines. Thanks for any help.

  2. how old your wife? maybe she didnt understand what the real life here in america, sending money to her family is not that bad, but if you can afford it, try to explain to her that your priority is her and your son, and need to educate her family to stand to thier own feet, not to spoiled them, because later on they gonna blame you both when the time you dont have money to send them..

  3. here goes,

My Fiancee fessed up to me on the phone just earlier, she comes from a poor family for Hilongos Leyte, she left and went to Manila to find a job, when I met her she was working at a waterstation. Now here is the kicker, she said its been on her mind for a very long time and wanted to tell me this so she can clear her conscience. During our conversation out of the blue she told me that she needed to tell me something, she said she used to work at a BEER HOUSE and would have sex with men for money, she claims she only went out 3 times till she no longer can take it as she was starting to lose respect for herself. Should I be affected by this ? should I lose sleep over this ? right now I am in a world of confusion and so much thoughts are racing thru my mind.

    WHAT DO I DO ?

WHAT would you guys do ?

    ADVISE ME PLEASE ?

hello veemer, how long you know your fiancee? did u visit her already? did you meet her family in leyte? did you support her financially? if you support her and she still doing her wrong doing, its not really good for you to pursue to get her and bring her in the usa, sometimes poverty is not the main reason, but it depends on the person itself, my advice is follow what is in your mind and heart, if you still love her give her a second chance, but if you have doubts leave her...tell her right away...to find her way...and you have time to move on....

  4. My Fiance just paid the $131 dollar visa Fee at Banco de Oro in Cebu and was given a reciept. However his DS157 was not Validated with a paid stamp. The Teller told him that it does not need to be stamped. Can anybody who recently had their interview help us out with this. Thanks in advance.

hello..i paid my ds157 at banco de oro but bank validated it at the back of the form..and gave me 2 copies of receipts...its important bank validated..if not please tell her to ask the bank why didnt validated the form..

Hello fransha good luck sis to your interview...my interview is dec 16, @ 7am in manila embassy..anybody same date? please contact me so we can see each other, here is my number 09266993936 ...

  6. The age between my Pinay wife and myself is 18 years (37) and (55). I can't imagine marrying someone my daughter's age. I think the relationship is possible if you lived in the Phillipines like Walter (66) she (19) but she wants a divorce when the sex stopped. So you really got to ask yourself soberly what this VERY young woman is going to do if you got her into the States and she meets other Philippino sees younger guys etc, etc. My friend shipped back an 18 year old in two weeks. I sincerely wish you the best but I think you're dreaming. Try a Pinay that's grown up like in her 30s? Sorry to sound so negative but I know a lot about Pinay women now and you're inviting a challenge the both of you maybe don't need?

    My 2 pesos worth.....

The OP is 35. I don't see a big deal with a 35 y/o man being in love with an almost 19 y/o PI woman.

In the Canadian forums one of my friends is 20 and her fiance is 34.

My fiance is almost 22 and I just turned 31.

This is not such a big age gap.

age gap is not a big deal anyway, it depends on you as long as you love each other and prove them that they are wrong, you don't really care what people say, and please make it sure that your fiance filipina knows the nice value of a marriage, and second send her to school to learn more..and you need to guide her..tell her what is best for you both..Good luck...
