Thanks for your input, here is little about my case:

I filled I 130 for my husband after USCIS and NVC file reached to embassy. After interview my husband was put on AP. during field investigation they found our marriage was not register. base on this they send our case back to USCIS for review.

From our part we investigate and discover the mistake of municipal department. We have filled a petition in court against concern department.

How are you doing? Finally yesterday I got a mail from USCIS stating that they have received our case with a note for review. I called them and they inform me that case is now with review department and will take few months to be finished. After finishing review they will send NOIR/NOID.

I am gathering additional documents and preparing letter in advance.

Please advise me what document should I attached with my reply letter?

can anyone gave me sample letter?

Do I need to provide more evidence of ongoing family relationship, I have lot as I am living with my husband since many years.

actually union council failed to register our marriage properly as union council falls under Municipality so we Filed case against Municipality and Union council to correct their mistake.

I have been reading this topic and found very helpful. You guys are doing great and your positive attitude encourage me to discuss my issue with you.

I filed petition for my husband in 12/2010. After approval from UCIS & NVC & it was send to the embassy for interview, after interview they kept my husband on AP for 15 months and then they denied on 01/2013 for error of Pakistani municipal system.

We filed the case against Government , Municipal dept., and case is still in the Pakistani high court and in the meanwhile we contact the US embassy so many times, but unfortunately they seems like have no knowledge what so ever whatever they are doing .

They been so unprofessional, rude, ignorant, unfriend and clueless about their own job. As per embassy they already send our file back to USA but NVC or UCIS informed us they still don't have any updated information on our case. At CEAC our status still on AP We are so worry and not sure what to do, now in this situation how to find out where is our file, since embassy is totally failed to give us any proper answer.

after interview and long wait on AP counselor told me that our marriage is not registered in Pakistan. And marriage paper is not acceptable for them and they are refusing visa application

..Thanks God I was there with my husband …after long discussion they give us time to bring prove of marriage from registration authority.

We got marriage in 2009 in Karachi Pakistan and we were not aware that we need to register it with union council we just got marriage paper and come back to UAE and later we submitted it to NVC.

Now my question is if we register our marriage now then our application will become invalid and we have start from beginning.

Can anyone guide us that how can we get prove of our marriage to satisfy counselor

please help me as situation is very critical.

so finally my husband going for his interview on Sunday. we are confident that he will be approved as our relationship is genuine. We are very thankful for all Vj’s kindly pray for us.

Now we are getting ready our documents lil confuse and confident at same time.

first of all never lie to them you can not hide it for long. secondly it is ok if your wife is there since you have co sponser..

who is your sponser if your wife then it may be a problem if not then ok no worries..

i have a quick question. i am already submitted pictures to NVC do i need to take Pictures with me when i o for interview???

i am confuse for vaccination record that is we don’t have is it gonna issue for us, usually what people do if they don’t have vaccination record??

Just spoke to NVC they said case has been completed and they are waiting for appointment.......yahooooo...

i heared that NVC schedule interview 2nd week of month i am not sure they will do my case now or next month any advise??

My question may be silly but I am lil confuse…. Can someone advise me what kind of folder/file we prepare for interview. I am thinking to prepare box file and put divider and file all evidence in categorized form ….any help???

Helo Amber...i advise he should wait in USA until he recieve his green card then he can come to cairo then he need to go back to usa within 6 months. in 6 months he can finish his wor.

this is what my husband gonna do as his job is in qatar.

good that means my case might me completed by monday or tuesday
