Hi. I am preparing to file N-400 in Feb, 2013. I have 2011 and 2012 Tax return transcripts. I don't know how to get 2013 one.

Any idea after how many days after filing tax return the transcript will be available?????

I dont think it could be any place....why embassy ask this at the time of interview?

the embassy asked me to let them know a city as POE..and I told them my POE will be NY...now I got the visa and all document...

can I change my POE now? is it possible?

I had an interview on Sept 3rd. After the interview i was told that they they will do additional processing. Now, I am thinking to relocate to another country but i wonder if i can do that while my case is being processed. will i be able to get the visa stamp from the US-Embassy / Consulate of other country?.

Today, the embassy said to me that my case is in further Administrative Processing......I don't have any idea what it mean. During the interview they never said such thing...

can anybody explain me what's AP all about? and how long the whole process will be??????? Is it about FBI name check/clearance?

they use courier service..I filled the form too....and I'm tracking the mail everyday but no update until present...

I submit by myself, not through any agent..

it's in Seoul, KOREA. I haven't get anything such as blue or any other letter for further administrative processing or missing document...

anyway hope for the best..

I had an interview last week and still I haven't received my passport back.....any idea how long the process will take....

I am asking about Visa, after the interview (CR-1), when will they send back my passport with Visa Stamp....

Also, in the interview, they never asked about POE. Will it effect anything?

I check with the embassy, they don't have any specific rules and follow the basic rules applied for each country....

still not clear....but hope for the best...

my home country is Pakistan, and I mention in the DS230 that I stayed in 2 different cities but provided just one PC and got cleared from NVC. Now in interview call letter then mention that all PCs received.....

Will they ask for 2nd PC during the interview???????

there is no contact b/w myself and the embassy.

In the NVC checklist, they ask PC of every city where I live in my home country. I submitted jst one and cleared from NVC. now I am not sure whether they'll ask for the other PC or not!!!!!..In interview call letter, they didn't mention to bring that certificate. just mention one that bring all the missing documents......

In case they ask during the interview about PC and I unable to provide the PC that time then what would be the consequence???????????

I submitted only one police certificate of my country of birth, but NVC initially asked to submit PC for all locations where I lived. I stayed in 2 different locations. I got clearance from NVC and now got interview call n have interview this Friday, but my police certificate miss-placed coz of posting/courier company error. Still don't know when will I get the document.

NVC didn't mention to bring the 2nd police certificate at the time of interview but for safe side I made one. I have a photocopy of that certificate. so just wanna ask what to do? if they ask then what would be the best response??????

Assuming you are the beneficiary, yes, during your interview you need to inform your current address to the Consulate.

is it right? someone told me that I have to tell NVC about change of address.....need more comments!!!!!!

I change my current address recently. so after the interview, do I have to tell them about my new address so that they will return passport on my current location? or is there any other way to tackle this situation?

If a person doesn't have any vaccination record, he/she have to get the vaccination with the medical examination... Is it right????

Also do we have to bring sponsorship document (copies) at the time of interview?????

I just checked the AVR and it says your case completed and you have to wait for 8 months for the interview..

Is there any way I can get the interview date as soon as possible?

can anyone tell me, is it possible to ap apply for Job from outside of USA just after getting the IR-1/CR-1 stamp? do the employer/company entertain those candidate? or do we must need Green Card and SSN document for Job application?

Hi.

My attorney submitted DS-230 3 months ago without the document. We received a checklist-letter in the end April that we have to submit the missing document.

We then submitted all the Documents (Birth/Mari age Cert.. police clearance etc) and received acknowledgment on May 16. Since then, we haven't received anything from NVC about our case. We talked to the operator about our case 3 days ago and she said just wait for 6-8 weeks.

Just wanna know how long the NVC process will take?????????????

After the NVC clearance, how many days one should wait for the interview?
