    Finally 3rd Time Card/Document Production I Recieved E-mail today, Hopefully this is final, I'll have my green Card soon.

      You will have it soon mel. Usually when your status is updated to Post decision activity, that's the time they already sent your card in mail.

      If your online status becomes post decision activity, it means they already sent your GC.

      Get your SSN 2 weeks after you arrived in US. Bring your passport with you. After you get married (if your I-94 is still valid) amend it asap to your married name. In that way, you could work as soon as you get your EAD without waiting for your GC since some SS office require your GC to be presented when you are updating it to your married name. I did the same way, and I was able to work 2 days after I received my EAD.

      @ Claire and Kjmel Don't worry when you check your case online and it says post decision activity, it means they already sent your GC.. ^^

      I haven't received my GC because they sent it to our PO Box instead of our home address and we haven't check it for 2 weeks. When I checked the date, it was sent since August 11.

      Sorry for the late reply. I attended the Philippine Consulate seminar for the newly arrived immigrants. They simply orient us about our Visa and the rights we have as a Filipino Citizen. It was worth of the time cause I've learned a lot from that and who are the people to call with in case I encountered any problem.
