  1. Perfectly OK to not have SSN.

as for 'K-1 expiring' - sorry - it died a horrible death on the day you crossed through the POE into the USA.

There's a duration thing for the K-1 itself, which usually gives you 6 months in arive into the USA and

then there's the expiration date on the I-94 - which is usually 90 days.

Per the regs, you have 90 days to get married.

There is no reg or hardfast rule stating that you MUST file AOS within those same 90 days.

You have some time to file AOS, after marriage - is only 'rule of thumb' - usually 1 month to 6 months without close scrutiny, then 7 months to a year with 'some scrutiny', then 1 year to 2 years with 'close scrutiny'.

Relax. Relax some more. Don't go near any USA border town or crossing until you have either AP or EAD or GreenCard in hand.

Hey ! Since you successfully made it into the USA, and gotten married , and filed for AOS- this would be a great time (whilst yer waiting) to update yer timeline

  2. Hi to Everybody here in VJs,

Need some advice. My fiance is self-employed.

Is it enough the I-134 and Tax transcripts to need for my interview?

We dont have any records of phone bills also because he use a phone card everytime he called me.

Can we use it as one of our proof of relationship?

    Thanks for the :help::star:

    tax transcripts are good enough.

as for phone calls, if he called you on your cell, you can request your cell company to print out call records for you (they may or may charge for this).

he can do the same on his end, even though the access number for the call card (and not your number) might be the only number to show (at least it will give hints that call cards were used to call overseas)

you have a lot of other options for proof of relationship: pics, letters, cards, emails, plane tickets for his visits

whatever you don't have, compensate with what you can get.

    good luck and god bless!

THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR ADVICES.

    I REALLY APPRECIATED..GOD BLESS U ALL! :star:
