ADMIRE got a reaction from Confused 2 in Dear Visa Applicant
The worst disservice you will be doing to urself is NOT gathering ALL that they have asked you to bring. Dont be in a hurry with the new interview date. They will schedule you for an interview once you say u are ready. But better be MUCH MORE ready than under-ready.
Hearken to what all these pple have said - gather ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT SHOWS COMMUNICATION between u 2. The cards you mentioned i hope u still have the envelopes they were posted with? if not? then it doesnt really show much, as anyone cld buy and address cards to themselves.
Your way thru is simple: Bring the things requested or things that support them. Weather ur interview is in 2 weeks or 2 months wld not matter, cos u know u'ld be here in no time and spending your entire life and time with her.
I had that 221g 6 times and finished my embassy runs in about 9months from the first interview. Do i remember the pains anymore? No.
Get up and do what you gat to do.
    All the best Bros.
    Good luck mate.

ADMIRE got a reaction from easyjourney in Upgrading a F2A case!
Once you become a US citizen, your daughter can not be given a visa derivative off her mum's case, unless if their applications (i.e form I-130) had been separate from the very beginning.
That is to say, if what you filed was just one form I-130 originally for the mum, then your daughter can not be given visa under that same i-130 as she wld need to have her own separate i-130 application.
The Consular officer that interviewed me advised me of the above happening shldmy hubby go ahead with the naturalization, so what we did was hold-on on my hubby's naturalization until after we received our visas.
So what you can do is file another form I-130 for your daughter whilst waiting out this AP. Dont worry about PD as you wld be able to upgrade it when you become a US citizen.
    hOPE I MADE SOME SENSE?
