Make sure to have 1 or 2 copies on each month after you two had been together.

I just copied our chatlogs from Skype and PASTE it into MS Word document. I had about 2 copies

of chat logs on each month for the whole year of communication with my bf (which is now my husband).

You need to have it brief but concise since the Consul wont read the whole thing anyway.

Hi. Yes you need to have several copies on each. You also need 2 pics on I485, for the EAD and the AP as well.

I just filed i 130, it was received/signed for Sept 7-Tuesday, how long before i get a receipt confirmation. I also filed the form that allows them to email me when it is received with the receipt number, i forget the name of the form,4485 or something close to that, and no email yet. thanks!

Hi. for me it took us 10 days from filing the case of I130, I485. Just be patient.

Hi. my then fiance, now my HUSBAND, calls me on Skype during our "online" dates.

During the interview just last May 2010, I just showed pictures, remittance copy receipts,

and our Skype chat messages from the start of our online date until the present- which is

AUG 08 to MAY 2010. Just one page of Skype chat logs of you and ur honey on every month will do.

You dont have to print "all" chat logs anyway,

We DIDNT present any phone cards whatsoever to prove that we are always talking.

SKYPE calls/messages can be a GREAT evidence that you and your fiance(e) are bonafide couples.

Reading this trail is so hilarious but amusing at the same time. I am the fiancee and my flight is like 16 days before my flight to SFO. My fiance has already been sorting things and cleaning his room for 3 weeks now.

Im amused by how YOU guys prepared for your fiancee's arrival. How lucky these women are (including me) to have these guys because it only shows how serious they are in their relationship.

I think I would require MY man to read this topic. It would really be a big help for me to relieve homesickness once i'm already there in the US.

Im planning to bring my pet rabbit to the US. I was wondering how much pain in the a** would this be for me?

The thing is, this flight would be my first going to the US under K1 visa. I am not sure if this instance would affect when I am already in the immigration in my POE.

For those who were under K1 Visa and brought their pets with them, what/how was your experience during the flight?

Need Help. My interview is this coming May 17. Until now I still havent received the parcel (the documents I needed at the interview) from my fiance.

Anyway, my main problem is I was informed that from the parcel being sent to me - My fiance was not able

to include HIS original birth certificate plus the NOA2 Letter etc.

Is this going to be a problem if I dont have these docs on my interview at USEM?

I asked my doctor who is a specialist for Pulmonary Diseases in Medical City. I told her about my US visa

application and that I underwent Sputum and Culture Test in St. Lukes.

I told her also that my smear is negative and that I am still waiting for the result of the culture test.

According to her, if your smear is negative. it's 90 percent chance that your culture is negative.

But there's still that 10% chance that your culture will be positive.

As for me, after 2 months of waiting. I didnt get any advance call from St. Lukes - meaning my culture test went

fine. I called them today regarding the result. The guy informed me to go there tomorrow and to bring my passport, old appointment Letter

and the receipt of your medical.

So guys! Take note to bring these with you once you're done with the culture test. GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!! c",)

Hi. I was wondering why your case was denied the first time?

Wife is on here way to interview as we speak, our case was denied at the first interview, sent back to USCIS and reaffirmed.I am hopping for a better result this time.
