  1. Hi guys. Thank you for your support. Sorry that i didn't posted earlier, i'm just so tired from work and home. My baby-Adam is doing well, he is already 8 months old and keeping me busy :innocent: .

Now little bit about my husbands interview:

His interview was May 9 at 9am. he got there at 8. The officer who he had interview with was American. First he asked him about my immigration status

    Where i'm originaly from?

When and how did i come to America?

When did i become a citizen?

Where and how long do i work?

    How did we meet?

When was the first time i came to Egypt?

    When did we get married?

How many times i have been there?(asked for a proof and Ahmed showed a copies of my tickets and visa)

Does he know the dates when i was there( :bonk: Ahmed said no, but told him the months, and he said it's ok)

What kind of job does my husband do?

When the officer was writting his answers, Ahmed had to correct him because he was trying to tricked him :wow:

Then he said"You speak English very well. Congratulations and welcome to America. You will resive your visa during 2-3 weeks"

Ahmed was there for 3 hours.

Hubby resived his visa May 17, they stamped on May 10. :dancing:

He will be flying to Chicago on June 4 by "Alitalia" airline, supposed to arrived at 2pm.:clock:

  3. Meh. I'm an ethical vegetarian, have been for 15 years. I do cook humanely slaughtered, free-range, sustainable meat for my husband. (Vegetarianism is my choice, not his.)

    You go girl.

My husband is cooking his own food because i don't touch anything that belongs to a living things. :star:

Can't really say that slowing global warming EVER popped into my head re. being a vegetarian. I don't think it occurs to most vegetarians, although that tends to become a secondary thang.

the living conditions for cows are horrendous. They often stand in areas with little-to-no room and are surrounded by their own feces. Eventually these cows acquire an infection or two, so antibiotics are given -- which apparently get absorbed into the cow's meat and can trickle down into those who eat the cow later on. The cows are also given growth hormones which adversely affect them.
