    HANI AND I MET IN LIVEMOCHA SITE ON 2/2008. WE HAVE KEPT OUR RELATION THROUGH MSN, SKYPE, PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES AND I ALSO WENT TO VISIT HIM ON APRIL 2009. AFTER 2 YEARS OF A VERY NICE TRUSTING RELATION ( YOU KNOW IS HARD TO TRUST TO SOMEONE IN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD) WE DECIDE TO GIVE THE BIG STEP TO THE BOWS OF MARRIAGE. I-129F WAS SENT ON MARCH 15 2010 AND RECEIVED ON THE 18, NOW WE ARE IN THE WAITING TIME LINE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU GUYS.

    hani had his interview today. He was told that our petition will be under administrative review, he was given a white paper stating that, and that they will call him when they have a decision. What a nightmare!!!!!!

      Hey guys, sorry to hear about the administrative Review. Hamza and I were in this too...BUT no worries, everything will be o kay. Did they give you a reason for admin review ? They told Hamza and I they didn't belive our relationship.

      section 221(g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto .the following remarks apply in your case:

      this is what is in the white slip that they give me i dont know what is that section 221(g) and she was the blonde woman who interview me she didnt say anything she just give me this slip and she said we will call if there is anything new,i hope everything will be ok becos i hear about this blonde woman befor that she denied so many people
