    HANI AND I MET IN LIVEMOCHA SITE ON 2/2008. WE HAVE KEPT OUR RELATION THROUGH MSN, SKYPE, PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES AND I ALSO WENT TO VISIT HIM ON APRIL 2009. AFTER 2 YEARS OF A VERY NICE TRUSTING RELATION ( YOU KNOW IS HARD TO TRUST TO SOMEONE IN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD) WE DECIDE TO GIVE THE BIG STEP TO THE BOWS OF MARRIAGE. I-129F WAS SENT ON MARCH 15 2010 AND RECEIVED ON THE 18, NOW WE ARE IN THE WAITING TIME LINE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU GUYS.

    hani had his interview today. He was told that our petition will be under administrative review, he was given a white paper stating that, and that they will call him when they have a decision. What a nightmare!!!!!!

      Oh kay, it sounds like you are in administrative processing or review. This means you are not denied. This is a good thing, they will investigate you a lil further. Maybe they will call Nancy, and do an interview with her, they may call your family, or come to their homes to interview them. Was there something strange about the interview, did they focus on one thing, or another? What kind of questions did they ask ?

      I know earlier this year, they sent you a letter saying you are married. Do they still think you are married ? Did they question this in the interview ?

      It might be a good idea, to have nancy call her congressmen, and ask them to write an email. At this point all a congressmen can do, is check the status of your case...But somtimes it helps to have this third person involved.
