After waiting 9 months i got some thing to look forward .

i recived letter from los angles imgration office for interview on 30 october,2009 .So i am looking forward for that interview .I want to know any of you guys have experience of having interview in imgration office.I will be more than happy if you share your view on it and it can help me to prepaired for that.

of petitoner at there office. I kow its good news after so long at least we have some thing to look

forward .But if want to any of you went throught this interview .if any one pls share your experience

with me .May be it is useful for me when i will go for the interview.

I had my I-130 transferred to los angeles also. sept 16 2009. I received the same letter they now have jurisdiction over my case.

I hope you have good news soon .We seem both are in same boat.

i want to know any of you guys wait that long to I-130 to get approved for us citzen petion for husband or wife .we submit our petition on Novmber 18 ,2008. Than on February 12, 2009 it transfer to local office becoue it say now they have jurisdiction over the case. since that we heard nothing .

so its been 9 month .So i want to kow any of you guys waiting that long or i am only one

hi, i don't mean to scare you but my i-129f for my spouse was transferred to L.A office 15 months ago and have not yet heard a word from them .

Hi evey one our case for k3 us citzen petioning for husband move to local los angeles office on On February 12, 2009 and we got notice saying which all this which is mention below.

On February 12, 2009 we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our LOS ANGELES, CA location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.

we petion for K3 on november 10,2008 but later we got notice saying that our case tansfer to los angeles CA Now it been over 6 month since our case move to los angeles office but heard nothing .i need you guys help .do you know about it or it happend to any one of of you ? i hope i will have some informatino from you guys.it really making us worry .

I am new to visa hourney forum .On november 5th we filled petion for K3 .

Actaully befor my husband was on different visa but he applied for asulyum and then we got married after geting married he witdraw from his asulyum and he got voluntary departure and went back to his country.so this now happend with us .
