Hey!!!! Well tomorrow makes hubby and i 1st wedding anniversary so shortly we are going to take pictures at JCPenny. Who knows what else will transpire.

Hey Finesse... I don't know why you don't join FB. That's where everyone is. LOL Those girls are trning one already. Wow! Not sure if you've heard, but we have twins on the way too. Girl and Boy though. I may need some pointers so don't go away. LOL Where in Ochi is hubby from. Mine is from Ochi too.

Congrats on the twins!!!!! My little angel was a twin but for some godly reason, the other embryo vanished.(as how dr put it along with other possible scenarios as to what occurred) It was a condition called vanishing twin syndrome

we are going to JA in 3 weeks and going to be celebrating the girls 1st b-day with a party there...sound system and all...SELL OFFFFFFFFFFFFF!! ie guh be di baddesst party ochi eva done seen...

Yep was due on the 18th but baby girl decided to come the 16th 7 lbs 14 oz, she is so beautiful

Wow JQ, i thought baby girl was here already. Well at least the doctors have decided to induce on the 18th. Otherwise baby girl wouldve still been lying cozy.

I agree, i miss speaking to alot of you on here. But im sure you all have your preference and at the moment FB is it. All good in the hood except ive chosen not to join AT THE MOMENT. But ah so it go!

Trip to JA was wonderful. Saw lots of friends and family. Of the time i was there, i managed to party 2 times. Both times i had to go rest in car for like 2hours. Sleep was killing me. I actually left the partying up to hubby. Gave him a chance to enjoy the company of his long time friends and all the passengers he used to provide rides for in his taxi.

My stepson is something else. 2yrs old and speaks like an adult!!!!! I ate everything in site. Manisch water was my best friend.

Overall, trip was great. I didnt really get sick like that. On the day we left though i must say ride to airport REALLY did get to me. Everything in my stomach ended up in back seat of hubby friend car and unfortunately on my son. Hubby as always, cleans up the mess. Gotta love him.

DW, baby is doing fine. Im 4months and some. Next month we find out what we are having. Cant wait. 3 of my friends between last month and this month, have had girls. So it would be nice to have one as well.

Thanks Always! My doctor just called & said come in later. So that's good.

I'm sure I can use ticket @ a later date. However hubby is so excited to go back & see his son & of course my son is bragging in school about heading to JA. I've already made it clear that I will be @ the house in JA watching tv & relaxing. HOPEFULLY things will be ok on the trip but feeling like I am @ only 12wks just makes me think about the "what ifs" while in JA.

Hi all! I'm not feeling all to well today. Just feel out right exhausted. Here @ work I took my blood sugar, blood pressure & pulse. Sugar was 130 which I think is a little high for me. I don't know. Plus I've been up & down in the way I feel & at times it is as if hubby is insensitive. According to him I'm showing him no affection. How the hell am I to do that if I feel I'll.

My doctor isn't in his office yet so I consulted w/a friends mother. She's Jamaican & a nurse practioner so when I can't locate my doctors, she always assist. Plus of the 2 jobs she has, one is delivering babies. I spoke w/her & explained how I feel plus this symptom I've been experiencing. She stated spotting is normal to an extent & based upon it's appearance. & she also asked if I was having cramps. No cramps but I'm spotting here & there. I don't know.

I'm heading to JA on the 19th & this is first trip where I'm not excited @ all. I haven't even started to pack my things. Overall I just don't know!!!!

My allergies as I said are weird. It was 1st noted after I had my son. It was said I'm allergic to shrimp not iodine but shrimp. Now mind you, I LOVE SHRIMP but I had 3 severe reactions to it. I've eaten fruits & instantly face, lips, & tongue began to swell. Overall doctors seemed not to be able to pinpoint it. They just say I have an auto immune disorder & chronic hives condition. 2yrs ago or more I fasted & changed my diet for like a month, I was a vegetarian so call. After that period my allergies appeared to subside. I even went back to eating shrimp & had no reaction. So as I keep saying weird allergies that just flare up @ any time which is real annoying & also scary.

Trelawny, trust me I see ob gyn Thursday & I have my list plus a reminder in phone if I by chance forget to ask my all my questions. I may be same way in JA. I'm fretting already. It's Xmas & friends are already hyping up the fact that there will be nuff parties. Wait until they see me in the house wrap up in bed or sitting on veranda waving to them on the road. I'm really not in the mood & I just don't want to get sick in JA especially w/my allergies. Just imagine a blasted wasp stinging/biting me. It's a distance to nearest hospital. Anyhow as I've been telling hubby, I'm relaxing! No sporting or stage shows this trip. Straight relaxation if @ all possible.

My test is something fairly new. I say that b/c 7yrs ago when I had my son, I didn't do this test. If I'm not mistaken the dr stated in the past they did lots of bloodwork to detect whatever it is this ultrascreen may show.

On the 17th I do an ultra screen. It apears to be a detailed ultra sound w/numerous pictures & I believe some bloodwork is drawn. I just hope for the best throughout the whole pregnancy.

OK in regards to your explanation of your procedure. Best of luck w/that & do your best to not let your nerves get the best of you. Easy said than done but try.

KJ, usually when I go to ER, they give me intravenous high dose Benadryl. & trust me as that reach your blood stream, instantly you want to sleep. Plus I hate being there all day. I just tried drinking mad ginger T & basically hot stuff. As the day went by my throat felt a bit better, my blocked nostril cleared, & I felt some relief. It's a real serious issue though & I'm sure both drs are going to say I shouldve gone. With the epi pen, I prbly shld have used it. That's a pen/needle that has epinephrine(adrenalin) & it would have given me relief. Thing is I just kept saying it will affect baby.

KJ, is the test you're doing 2mrrw called an ultra screen or amniocentesis?

Morning!!! Hope every1 enjoyed there holiday. Mine was well spent. My grandparents moved to Florida this morning. I'm so sad. So used to grandma asking for a ride somewhere. Anyhow, I told her I will see her in March. Grandpa was so ready. All he kept talking about was doing yard work. Then grandma would say, T, stop talking nonsense. Any work inna di yard fi do!

What a couple. They will be missed here in NY.

As far as myself, this wkend was something. I suffer from "weird" allergies, as I call it. For no reason @ all I will have hives on my face, legs, & arms. On the severe end, my lips & tongue would swell & my throat will begin to close. Well low & behold, my throat began to swell to the point where it almost closed. Now usually in the past, I'd take Benadryl or get steroid shots @ alergist. I also have something call an EpiPen in csse of throat closure. I used none of the above b/c of this pregnancy. I kept coughing, rapid breathing, swallowing nonstop & drinking fluids. I all had to rest on 4 damn pillows b/c when I was flat, I experienced the difficulty breathing. Mind you for the past two years my allergies have been under control.

Well I plan to see allergist 2day to see if I may take Benadryl. I did my reading & it claims to not have an affect on baby. I however will consult ob gyn & allergist 1st.

Experiencing these things makes me wonder how the hell I'm going to survive in JA for the holidays! I was truly miserable & uncomfortable. Only heaven knows, I guess

Well I did say no gifts for my son for xmas b/c he's been giving trouble in school. But his report card was all above grade level. Only poor part was socialization skills/listening skills. So maybe I will soften up. But then again we are going to be in JA for xmas. Isn't that a great gift? Freedom in the country? Chasing goats? Chasing chickens? Seeing family & friends?

I probably buy that portable PSP game but then again the little knuckle head broke his Nintendo DS in half & gave me some sob story about bed crushed it.

Trelawny, hubby gave me a whole pack of ginger candy. It's so so. But I will definitely try what you suggested.
