    Hi, yes we applied at the beginning of September. I didn't have my biometrics until mid-November, and haven't heard anything ever since. I am not sure whether they started looking into the September applications (I saw a chart somewhere on the USCIS site showing that they are halfway through the September files), but I hope we will hear something before the end of April.       Well i dont know if you guys know that i got an rfe 3 days back. They were asking for joint utility bills among other things that they want. I just have timewarner which is in my name and the gas bill which is in my wifes name. There is no other utility bills, and on top of that they send me a small envelop with their address and i beleive they expect me to send all the paper work in that small envelope ???Its hilarious....

    Hi, I've seen you had to wait quite a long time to get your bio appt at USCIS Chula Vista. I'm in the same situation. Did going to our Congressman's office help expedite the process? Cheers.
