Yo tampoco creo que pueda haber problema, lo que si es possible por la diferencia de edad es que les hagan muchas preguntas de ustedes en su relacion hasta lo mas minimo, asi le paso a unos amigos, bajen las preguntas para que esten preparados. Mucha suerte.

I heard Diana was the person to ask this question. We sent in our final package to adjust the status, it was returned with 2 "Notice of Action" I-797C forms. Both said "the check amount is incorrect or has not been provided." They did not provide us with the specific problem. I really don't know why Im paying these crazy fees if the service is this horrible. If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business.
Our situation is this: She came in on the K-1 visa, she was married within the 90 days. She came with her daughter who is now 6 years old as of Tuesday. The amount we sent was $1610 on one check. $930 for Sofi's paperwork, $80 for the biometrics, and $600 for Annie(a child who accompanies the adult and the paperwork is submitted at the same time.
We were submitting the I-485 and I-131(Application for Travel Document) along with all the other forms. Affidavit of support, notice of e-mail notification, etc.
We were sent 2 I-797C forms. One stating the correct filing fee was $930 plus the $80 for fingerprints, the other noting the I-131 Travel Document, saying the correct fee was $305.
One the USCIS government website, it says in plain English that if you submit the I-131 with the rest of the I-485, that there were no additional fees.
The question is, what do they want? because they dont appear to really know. All I know is they want more but its up to me to guess what that might be.
Do you or anybody know what we might have done in-correctly?
Thanks in advance,
Derek y Sofia
