    Back in the spring 2012, we applied to have conditions removed from the green card and received a one year extension while the process our application. Since the, my wife gave birth to our son. Should I send in the birth certificate even though our application is already submitted and is currently in review?

    Congratulations!!! I'm glad all went well and that she got to see her son graduate.

    Thanks. We are very fortunate that our process went very smoothly with no snags. expect to receive her green card in the mail very soon and will present it to her in Thailand on July 2. She left ahead of me on Advance Parole to complete her Master's thesis. After she defends her thesis, we plan to return together August 31.
