I live in Colorado and I went to this CS (already quoted). I just wanted to share my experience with this CS.

This is a very humble little office.
I didn't talk with the CS, but a Doctor Assistant helped me. She was on the front desk and she said they don't charge for the transcription, only for the vaccines ($130 for one MMR and Diphteria-Tetanus vaccine) unless I wanted to be vaccinated in a different facility.
I got vaccinated there, but I may say I don't recommend to be vaccinated in this facility.
My experience says: In my country, they always show you they are using a new syringe (they open the new syringe envelope in front of you).
In this CS office the nurse just brought the syringe already filled with the vaccine. I told her if the syringe was new (not used by anybody else) and she put an strange face. Then, she said "yeah, I'm using a brand new syringe". That made me feel insecure about the procedure but I got vaccinated anyway.
For future reference, if anyone goes to this CS please go for the transcriptions but don't get vaccinated here as I don't trust their way to proceed.
