I already paid $70 for I-864 and printed the cover sheet but I don't get time to send them yet.
Yesterday I tried to pay another $400 after I logged in, I checked on the " select " and after I clicked on " Pay selected fee"
it kept showing the same page...never let me get to Bank information part.
Is there anything wrong with the website or you guys think it's from me.
I already got an email to pay this fee so I don't really know what's wrong
Thank you in advance

I apply IR5 for my mom. My income was $20,000 last year, (my husband made another $20,000) we have 1 child so 125% above poverty line for 4 people should be $24,562. I dont make enough money for it but if we count the household income it should be fine.
Do I have to add my husband as a co-sponsor??
Thank you

I plan to apply a greencard for my mom(I'll be a US citizen soon) and my brother is 19 yo now. Can apply for my mom and take him with her somehow because if I apply for him as a brother it would take almost 10 years!!
Do you think I can apply for my mom and him as her child since he's under 21 yo
Thank you!!

Thank you Ant......Hope I'll get the letter soon
My timeline:

NOA 09/08/09
FP 10/19/09
FP 11/02/09 (FBI couldnt read my FP card)
Interview letter 11/19/09
Interview Date 12/10/09
Hi CutieMinnie,By the way, if you are a September 2009 N-400 Applicant, feel free to add your timeline to this list too...
Congrats about passing your interview....
In answer to your question:
No, the status does not necessarily change after the interview..
CRIS is unreliable...lol..
In fact, I'm US Citizen already (I've been so for the last few weeks!)...and it still says I'm "scheduled for an interview" on my online case status update...lol....
Meanwhile, all you can do is wait in the mail for your letter regarding an oath date.....Hope this helps. Good luck with getting an oath date soon.....
Ant
does the status suppose to change to "decision" after we passed the interview?I passed my interview last Thursday but I didn't see any change on my status from uscis.gov yet
