At the bottom of form G-325A it says:
Applicant: print your name and Alien Registration number in the box outlined by heavy border below.
Does the petitionor have to complete that or is it just for the beneficary to fill out.
On the example forms it only for the beneficary not the petitionor

In response to the drug abuser comment, I have never tried marijuana and a drug test would be no problem. I was charged with possession not using.

I'm 27 now and I have nevered used marijuana. The drug test is no problem. The charge for the marijuana is NOT on my criminal record since I was a juvy.

Sorry I'm applying for a K1 visa and I'm the Beneficary

When I was 16 I was charged with possession of marijuana, then when I was an adult I was charged for a DUI but the charges were dropped and this is not on my record. I'm worried about the charge when I was a juvy, will I have to get a waiver for the charge when I was 16? I really don't no how this works or will affect my approval. Please help thanks

I was arrested when I was an adult for a DUI but the charges were dropped in court and its NOT on my record.

I know where to get a police record but I was thinking a certificate from the RCMP is more detailed. I also know that the possession charge is off my record and I was a juvy when I got it

I was convicted of possession of marijuana when I was 16, 10 years later I'm wondering if this will affect my interview.
Do I have to tell them even though its not on record? Does anyone know how to get the RCMP certificate?

Thanks so much

I'm a bit confused, he was born in the United States so I checked of (Birth) but it asks for- Give number of certificate, date and place it was issued.

I'm on question #10
Birth in the U.S. Naturalization
Give number of certificate, date and place it was issued
I'm confused about the date and place it was issued, my fiance was born April 6 1970 but his certificate says date issued Dec. 6, 2006- He lots his original one so this is the date on the new one. would I write that date in or it also says Date received by local registrar- April 22, 1970- would I put tis date in.
Also re: place it was issued do you put the State, Town, Hospital?

Once I send out the I-129F where do they send the hard copies and other documents? to me in Canada or to my fiance in the U.S? Is packet 3 the only forms that get sent to me in Canada?
-
My boyfriend well fiance now he proposed to me 2 days ago but I have my package finished already, will the people that work at the USCIS think this is weird considering I completed the petition 2 days after being engaged?? I don't want them to delay my petition.
-
What forms do you have to fill for packet 3??? or what documents do you have to get reading so it doesn't take so long to send it back??

I am applying for a K-1 visa but I know they look into you criminal history. When I was 15 I got a petty charge of possession of weed- but its not on my record anymore because I'm an adult now. 4 years ago I was charged with a DUI but the courts dropped the case because their was no evidence of me driving (which I wasn't driving). Do I have to state these offenses on the forms???
-
No I don't

When do you have to send in the birth cert. and a long one??
