  1. Check out our NOA2-->interview thread; we have a list of people waiting. It looks like you'll end up getting signed up in January for an interview date, the way things are trending if they didn't give you one for this cycle. What day did London log your papers into their system? Usually it takes 1-2 weeks from the date they get it.

My fiance sent the papers, November 17th, they signed for them November 20th lol then we just got logged in today or yesterday. So I've been like counting the days! I know thats crazy with this process but I can't help it. Thanks for your responses though! Its nice to vent to someone who understands!

  2. It looks like they schedule them once a month (towards the beginning). Have you called the dept of state to confirm that London has logged your documents into their system?

Yep they have our papers. Im just wondering if its gonna be 2 weeks to get the interview or like another month. Just wondering how others have faired.

  3. Hi All,

I was told my an attorney I should get my police records ordered ASAP. I am in the UK and I believe there is a link I should go to, to retrieve them - however I don't know where that is.

Does anyone have an idea? I looked on the guides, but nothing there?

    Thanks,

    Mike & Maren

Most of the information is on the London embassy website but here is the link to the police certificate website.

    good luck

  4. I provided my 2008 tax returns with copy of my W2, employer verification letter, bank letters. Some people may consider is not necessary to provide all of the above if you have a good income.. As for me, my salary will be more than sufficient but I rather give my fiance more rather than regreat later. By the way, i also send an extra year [tax return]

hey thanks for your reply ;) much appreciated

  5. Hey I had a quick question. My fiance is filling out his packet 3 at the moment, and I'm trying to compile all the paper work that goes along with the I-134 support document. I was wondering what people have provided in the past and if anyone knows when the embassy asks for the documents? I wanted to send them out to my fiance now, but have him date it so its a little closer to the interview. The form states to supply bank information and, letter from employer, but i noticed it says tax returns if you are self employed. From what I've read on here a lot of people are providing tax returns and W2. Should I throw it in just to be safe? Thanks for any answers!

  6. I received my NOA2 after 29 days! is this a record!? I'm waiting on the NVC to receive our package! Does any one know if the UK postal strike might be delaying things :wow: !

Also how are people's wedding plans going! It's driving me mad being unable to pick a date and start the wedding arrangements! I'm staying hopeful for March! Our NOA2 was so fast i'm hoping everything else will be just as good...

good luck to everyone else! bless!
