hi
i am preparing for my visa interview IR1 and have read other peoples' interview reports on needing to pay $400 at the interview.. will this be the case for mine? i have already paid the i-130 fee and all NVC fees (AOS and IV fee). also i know i need to pay the courier fee, but are there any other charges i need to budget money for?
thanks,
No other fees but the courier service fee. Budget youself for the medical examination fee also.
yup got those sorted .trying to arrange to see the doc to get shots before i go so i don't have to pay on the day lol

Does'nt matter where it is sent from... Just print the cover sheet from the website and mail it to them... As long as they get it!!! Good Luck and speedy processing!

ok so we have paid the IV fee and got the message *NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms by the petitioner*.. although, i thought i had read elsewhere that i could mail it directly to the NVC...
so now that i have completed my forms and got everything ready, where do i send it? directly to the NVC? or does it have to go to my wife first who is in the USA then she can send it out aft
er she gets it?..she is the petitioner, by the way.

we recieved a email on the 19th of August saying:
A packet containing the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Invoice has been sent to the petitioner and We are waiting for the form DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) that was
previously sent to the beneficiary.
so we already did the the DS-3032 by email as we read we could do this before the letter came from here emailing Choice of Agent.
check your email..should be there if you've gotten notice, as the above posted wrote.good luck!
Did it have a bar code on it???? or your NVC case number on the DS-3032 form you sent?
hi
i we stuck the case number on it we sent it by email

ok, so i sent the email for choice of agent today & i have read that you can call the NVC to find out the Invoice Identification Number or IIN (in order to pay the AOS fee), but when my wife called she was told they cannot give that out over the phone so to email instead? should we try calling again? as i've read that people have gotten theirs over the phone...
thank you for your time
