Don't worry about it at all.

Just provide the new I-864 and supporting documentation on interview day. The I-864 doesn't come into force until the visa is granted and the immigrant crosses the border.

My husband too got a new job that puts him over the guidelines after we went through NVC with a joint sponsor. He's prepared a new packet for me.

Here's a story, We are case complete already last March 25. In fact our papers was forwarded in US Manila Embassy already last March 31 and this time waiting for our schedule interview next week. But this week something happen that can't avoided his Company where he was bought to big company this week. After 2days he found a new job right away. Im confused because in our document we pass in NVC and in US Manila Embassy all from his old job. My question is: What are going to do with this? Is it o.k if i go the interview which my husband job is new? If i go in the interview next month, is this the that im going to denied? Please i relly need your help guy's...

Is anybody has experience like what i have now? please help me.. Im totally broke and i dont know what to do.

Hello all guy's.... Last Feb. 16 my DS-3032 accepted in NVC. So after my husband found out my DS-3032 accepted he go the immigrant link and pay the IV Bill right away. But We little bit confused its still show "NOT paid"... I found out just this morning we got IV Bill. What to do now? Do we need to wait when the IV Bill show paid? or we need to make another payment in NVC? if this happen is NVC get 800$ in the account? Can u tell me guy's what to do?

Mrswife--Your FIL should be fine with filling in the I864 since currently your husband and your FIL don't live together. At least, IMO. You can ask someone more experienced but I reckon, the I864 is fine since your husband is living with you currently. Actually, for your spouse's address, what are you using? Your address in Brazil or your FIL's address in US? Is your husband visiting you or residing with you? Maybe a call to a NVC operator could clear up this issue?

Neomona--Firstly, you're going to have to fill in your timeline if you want me to answer anymore questions beyond this. If your AOS bill is showing as PAID, print out the barcoded cover sheet and send in your AOS packet to NVC with that coversheet on top. Once your DS3032 is accepted, your IV bill will become available to pay. Once that is paid and shows as PAID you can print out the cover sheet and send in your DS230 package. No, they're not the same. Whatever gave you that idea? They're two different packets with two different forms.

Hi NVC Febuary Filers... Im silent member of this thread but i always here readng some information u post here. But I think this time i need a help. I have some question here and hope u wiling to help me... Because our AOS packages was complete already. Do we need the notification and the list of AOS from NVC? Or we sent the AOS packages now to the NVC? because my husband called the NVC and asking them if it is o.k we sent the AOS packages since its completed now. But the operator told him to wait when they want us to sent it.

Can anybody explain me here what to do after they accepted my DS-3032 and show paid with the AOS bill. is I-864 form and the DS-230 form is the same? And do we need to wait when the NVC give us notification to sent the packages? Please help me

First of all i want to say thank you for those who help me in my first post here... But right now i want to make this thing clear...

Because today my husband paid on our AOS bill but we dont sent yet the DS-3032 yet because since my husband made a mistake in putting my middle name. So the NVC asked a proof and a letter from me and telling him to include that proof in my DS-3032. Since they want a proof and we are far from each other and in the proof they want to have certified photo copy. So im going to sent it to him on Monday, probably it reach in States around next week. My question is..... is it o.k that we pay first in AOS bill before we sent DS-3032 and the proof they need for the changes in my middle name? what happen in our process if the DS-3032 and the proof came late? Is the NVC give us a AOS packet even the form wont yet come? Or they wait first the DS-3032 and the proof before we go in the next step?

I might have simple question but i want to know the answer. Any advise is appreciated...

I dont know how to put a message in here that all who gave me comment can see how thankful i am for advices u give me. Again THANK YOU ALL OF U GUY'S.... because this time we already have idea how to settle this thing. My husband called in NVC last day... and they told us that our case wont delay because of that simple problem as they said. Its a honest mistake and what they called Cultural Differences. So right now, they said that all we need to do is give them letter and a proof. Thank you all guy's.... we are not yet done in our papers but we are very happy that we will not start from the very beginning. Thank u and hope we can finish this very soon...

Mea Gande Lising. Gande is my mother last name and lising is my father last name. But when i married i use this Mea Lising Pedro... pedro is the lastname of my husband. I fill up all petition using Mea Lising Pedro but when all the approval and in NVC they put this way Mea Gande Pedro. I dont know what to do now... Guy's can u help me with this problem. Its very depressing because we almost done but we only found out this mistake just now. Can u give me advices what to do?

So NVC has your name written wrong? Call then and let them know and they can fix it.

Last January 29 my husband called them and gave our email addresses... That's why i felt depressed because when i tried to see some of the NVC timeline it take s only two days and u got email from them. My husband try to call them thier time. Hope we can have it very soon... :crying:

hi there! when did you give NVC your emails?.. i don't know what's taking them so long to send you the AOS bill and DS3032.. coz it took only 2 days for us after we provided them our emails.. try calling nvc again and verify if the email addresses you gave them were correct..

call NVC again, speak to an operator and provide your emails (one for your hubby and one for you)..

Thank u for the reply... The operator told my husband is about 6-8weeks. But i think its too long.... Hmmmm, im hoping it wont take that much. That is what i've observed here too 2 to 5days. Both couple have that email or only the petitioner?

I called yesterday to check up on that and the OP told me the standard 1-2 weeks answer. I think it takes abour 2-5 business days based on other people's timelines/signatures.

I've got mine too last day... can i ask u? How many days when NVC sent us email after giving them our email addresses?

Hey neo - it's an automated service so he can call at any time to check. Or you can do it as well. You just need your CIS receipt # from your NOA1.

Neomona... Please tell him to call NVC 603 334 0700 and put his CIS receipt number.

AVR will tell him the NVC number of the case.

Then, call the number in the evening and provide them the email addresses.

While ago, im little confused because some of here september filer have already case number. So i cant help my ask myself about it. So i let my husband call tomorrowu. Is CIS reciept number is the same with USCIS number?

I got approved too on January 20 like u.

My husband got our case # (after 6 days only) via AVR ... the automated system. I was sure it would take longer but I am grateful. I don't envy him now though because he has to ring and actually try and speak with an operator so he can give our email addresses.

Congrat's all guy's... its sound good for all of us. We have the approval hard copy. What we will do next? My friend told me to wait the letter for NVC for our case number, Is that true? Is anybody got the approval have already the letter from NVC?
