The RFE requested the 2009 Federal Tax return, which we enclosed, and a request for proof of employment for the last 6 months. We are US military family so we sent 6 months copy of LES(Leave and Earnings Statement) and a letterfrom the command saying everything about his work. But we also sent that letter with the original package. Is there anything we can do?

when he called NVC, she said to him we sent to embassy already on Oct 8th.

Hi everybody,

I wanted to share the great news with everybody, and thank you all for all your support through this process. I finally got the approval and now I am ready to move on with rest of the journey. I think we all need lots and lots of patience, and without VJ I think I would have been completely lost. Thank you VJ members, and for those of you that are waiting I am positive that the wait will not be too long. Just hang in there, as their is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

are we the only couple who are still waiting for the 2nd noa? we never got any touches. we sent our I-129F on June 11. they got it on June 12. the last update was on june 17. after that nothing. my fiance called uscis today but they didnt tell us anything we want to know. they only told us to wait. worried. is there anything we can do? any suggestion?

we are waiting either for Noa2, he is going to call USCIS tomorrow.

what we can do is just wait I think......

Hang in there YubaQ - focus on the day you and your fiance are together again. It's hard I know but your love for each other will get you through this.

A touch is when the date changes on the USCIS website for your case. Just put your WAC# in and your case status will pop up and you see the date the case was reviewed.
