OK, allow me to try this method. How many here seeking F1 Family-Sponsored approved application for an unmarried son/daughter from Philippines with a priority date AFTER 15 July 2012 have been issued a visa from NVC.

My wife and I have two unmarried sons with approved applications waiting for issuance of a visa for the Philippines. They have been waiting since 2016. According to visa bulletins the priority date for F1 family-sponsored visas has not moved since 2021. The fiscal year limit for family-sponsored preference immigrants determined in accordance with Section 201 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) is 226,000. This equates to a total of 904,000 visas issued from 2021 until now. With that many visas issued during that time why has there been only six months of movement in the priority dates in 4 years?
