well i dint heard anything yet from the Embassy all i know NVC forwarded our case to the New Delhi Embassy on 14 OCT and after tracking the shipments on DHL website i found one shipment was made to new delhi on 14 OCT from portsmouth,NH and the same has been recieved at Delhi on 19th Oct. The latest update on our case is that NVC has forwarded our Petition to Embassy on 14 and after tracking the shipment on DHL,only one shipment was made to New Delhi on 14 from Portsmouth,NH and the same was recieved in Delhi on 19th. Dint heard a word from Embassy yet. Do you think itz a good idea if i will call Embassy tommorow morning?

well i was reading your post yesterday where u mentioned about the fees payable to NVC. well u dont need to pay anythg now just $131 for the interview.

Did u got hold of DOS?i am doing really good but a lil nervous and exited too. i called embassy on monday morning and they told me to call after 15 days.margarita will send me the package this week but we are not sure if the I134 needs to be notarised.

Did u tried calling DOS to check if they have set your interview date? Dont trust the mail services in India. My packet 3 was sent out by Embassy on 19 OCT but i never recieved that and ended up downloading forms from website and send them to the Embassy on 3rd NOV.

dint u tracked the packet which u sent to the embassy on internet? itz strange they have lost your mail. well send them the scanned docs and do mention in the mail u sent out the packet on 20 Oct. May be they will consider that and give u earlier date. Yes we both are exited and tensed too about the interview. lets hope for the best.

Dont go too early for the interview. Just arrive there half an hour before your inteview time. I reached embassy one hour prior to the interview time and i was told by the gueards to say outside and come at 8:30 A.M. dont be in a rush:)

Dont worry you will be fine. As long as you are honest with your answers and have enough proofs then i dont see a problem.My interview experience was good.

Good they have given you the acceptance of recieving the DS 230. well i called the embassy today and they told me they have not recieved the documents yet same as they told you first. The representative also told me to send the scanned copies of the DS 230 and DS 2001 by e-mail. will do that tommorow.
