i filed for a I485 in May, still waiting .... my case is on hold because I didn't answer back to a letter they sent me requesting additional information, en fait j ai jamais recu leur lettre donc je ne pouvais pas repondre .... la lettre date du 12 Juin et j ai appris ca vendredi dernier c est a dire le 29 Aout!

Donc je pense que les dates sur le tableau sont tres vagues, je dirais que les 4 mois sont a partir de la date a laquelle ils ont recu ton dossier.

Since it's been more than 90 days you have the right to call the customer service and request explaination they will email you with details on how your application is doing.

Hi everyone!

I don't understand why you already have your EAD and interview schedule when I hear nothing back form USCIS

I sent everything May 20th, they noticed it on May 25th, did my Biometrics early June and now nothing since then??

How is this possible. I called them and ask for more information since my 90 days are past.

They said they will send a notification request to whoever handle my case and they will get in touch with me directly.

I guess I am out of luck!

Anybody knows about whats going on with the Missouri Service Center?

Is anybody late too?
