    November 1st will be our 4 month mark on AOS... waiting stinks!

      We called and requested that our case be expedited because we are outside of stand processing time and the request was approved! The letter still said it would be approximately 45 days before we heard anything new.

      We have his EAD now, waiting for the AOS approval so he can received his Green Card! They are taking their sweet time. :o)
