  10. Yes, we need to be patient. It has only been 3 weeks since NOID. I know it will be a long journey. Have you heard of any having 221g's have USCIS responding to any case? I mean, i have only heard of denials and expirations but never getting an approval after denial on 1st interview?

    Hope all is well with you...

  11. Unfortunately I did contact senator and was told that no way could he advocate much less get involved. His spokewoman said that he never should and will not interrupt or questins an officer's decision...

  12. tHEY GAVE HIM 221G AND DID NOT STATE REASON WHATSOEVER. THEY INTERVIEWED HIM OVER 1 HOUR, DID NOT MISS A SINGLE QUESTION BUT AGAIN, NO REASON WAS GIVEN
