    POE this morning at Winnipeg airport. No problem - was told the $6 fee was only at "land crossings." They don't seem to do many of them there but were certainly pleasant and took their time to make sure they did everything correctly. Maybe the fact that it was Thanksgiving and it was 9:30am and there were hardly any people going through customs at that time helped a little.
