I had different issues while updating and they had to turn something on for joint sponsor. and they are much quicker with emails these days, within 2-3 days. 

NVC-Joint Sponsor still N/A, correct order of submitting forms? 

I have DS260 filled but not submitted yet, Petitioner i864 docs filled and supporting docs, for join sponsor also, but since i added yesterday, still it is N/A.

Does filling and submitting DS260 open up joint sponsor? should i try deleting and adding again? website said it would normally add within an hour? almost been a whole day so far and still nothing and unable to add docs under joint sponsor.

so wondering, if there is a method to this madness/submitting forms to make that work?

Hey Guys- i have filed for spouse and helped others file prior to the pandemic. So, for my parents, they got approval from USCIS on september 16. I was trying to call NVC today but seems like that "NVC process" thread on Visajourney is also dated. What happens now? they take emails from uscis forms? and we dont need to call and update anymore? they send welcome email and no point calling or trying to find the NVC Case number and IIN? i assume ds261,ds260 paying both bills  and rest remains fairly straight forward and same? Please advise. or should i start posting an email to NVC weekly already? closing in on 2 weeks from intitial uscis approval notice/NOA2. Just need Case numbers to start and see if/when we can fill ds 261 and whatever first invoice comes up? and the coversheets/barcoded sheet? Thanks.

Alright guys. 6/3/2016 NOA1 date. Approved 4/5/2017. Got Text/emails, new card is being produced. 

We're actually at California Service Center....not sure why we're showing up on this list at Vermont.

Just copy and paste the data and adjust it as need. Whoever updated will use the correct version going forward. thanks.

Ur federal tax transcripts are enough

I finally received our tax transcripts for 2014 and 2015 but I just realized that it is only for the federal taxes/returns. What about a tax transcript for state returns? Is there such a thing?

My wife's 90 day period prior to her arrival 2 yr anniversary/ conditional GC expiry is May 28. Would it be prudent to send the paperwork in like today? Has anyone sent in a few days earlier and what has been their experience?

No buddy. i am going to refrain from calling until maybe friday or something. Although i am anxious, it isnt going to help until i have the hardcopy in hand anyway to schedule fingerprint or medical appointment. I called last night last, quite a few people got their interview dates yesterday too per the spreadsheet.

I just called NVC and asked them if applying for financial aid for college would affect my husband's visa process the lady on the phone said "Oh I don't know." I know NVC reviews the affidavit of support I-864 and so does the consulate overseas. Who should I call now, either NVC again and talk to someone else or consulate overseas. I asked this same question on this lawyer website they all said it was ok if I met the requirements of the I-864, which our income is a little above the poverty line. I asked fafsa (financial aid) they also said they don't know, its not a problem with them. I need a approval from the visa agency. I already sent the aos package and it didn't mention any financial aid for college. Would they (NVC or US consulate overseas) happen to know if I applied? Like look up some US government database. I really need to make sure about everything because I'm tired of waiting for this loooong process.

if they tell you that you have mail waiting to be reviewed from May 7th, then that is scanned in. That is how they know its waiting. You are waiting for them to review it.

How long did it take for you to get your IV fees generated after you paid the AOS and submitted DS261?

should be within a week. mine took 3 odd days.

Will it go to Accepted or still in COMPLETED state even pay the IV bill
