I have just applied for my passport book and card by Expedite service. How can I know if I am going to receive them by mail or if I have to go to pick up them?. Do they send any notice before ?

Hoping that all of you receive the passports and your docs. without any troubles.

I am going to apply for a passport book and card ( $120)by expedite service($60) and passport overnight delivery ($14.85).

I know that all of them will be returned in separate envelopes and dates.

But in the website ( travel.state.gov) says that the passport card will be return by First Class mail. And also the website recommends to use safety envelopes (Tyvek) for the certificate and passports . Do I have to pay additional fee for the envelopes? or are these included in the fees?

I want to choose with a traceable delivery method ( Priority mail with delivery confirmation) . Do I need to pay for this service another envelope ( Priory mail flate rate envelope= $4.95)?

I have never used these services . So I don't understand very well.

Can any of you help me, please?.

Did you go to Milwaukee office?. If so, did they tell you your current status of your case?

Yes, I had a info pass appointment on 8th, and IO told me that I should recieved oath letter this week for oath date Oct. 1.

Today, I have recieved the oath letter dated 9/08/09.

I think you should also go there and see what is happening to your file.

I was going to make an infopass appointment when I received a surprise. I got the oath letter today . Finally I can sleep well. After checking everyday my mail box and waiting about 2 months. What a torture!

Tell me something, Is your oath letter a white paper?. It's different than the other inmigration notices (Notice of Action, Finger prints, etc.)

Other people told me to wait a ture letter by regular mail and also to ignore this message online . They don't have the updated information .

Online status did not change since begining" error ....................". I applied under 5 yrs not marriage based. I heard that there is a naturalization ceremony schedule for 11th this month. I was expecting to recieve oath letter for 11th but seems like i am not.... next week I am planning to go Milwaukee and ask them the status.

I already had my interview and I am waiting for my oath letter. Two months passed and up till now I haven't received it.

I called to customer service and they told me that there is a period of time of 90 days after the interview to receive the letter. The case status online doesn't show updated information.

Should I wait 90 days to receive the letter or it's better to make an infopass appointment before and go in person to talk with an inmigration officer. I have to drive two hours to go to the inmigration office.

Please, if somebody has a similar situation I would appreciate any suggestion.

It's a good idea. But I think you have to make an infopass appointment in order to talk with an immigration officer.

How can I know the dates of the oath ceremonies in Milwaukee?.

I made a phone call to customer service also, they told me to wait and they have to send me the letter within 90 days from my interview. I am waiting almost 2 months. I am worried.

I read many weeks ago somebody from this forum who had his interview just only 3 days after mine in Milwaukee and received the oath letter the same month. He applied not based in marriage.

If you go to Milwaukee and talk with an immigration officer , please let me know what they say.

I already had my interview one month ago and the IO told me that I passed the interview and wait for the oath letter. But checking my case status online , I received a message saying that my case has been sent for a standard interview. I don't understand .

After my interview I received the results the N652 saying Congratulations, you case is recommended for approval.

Is there somebody who applied in Milwaukee, WI?. How long does it take to receive the oath letter after the interview?.

I would appreciate any information regarding this matter.

I received the same message after I had my interview one month ago.

After my interview the IO told me that I paased and he gave me the N652 form saying congratulations! You case is recommended for apporval. The IO told me to wait for my oath ceremony letter by mail but I was surprised when I was checking my case status online I found the same message as you;

Your case has been sent for a standard interview....

I can see that other people received the same message online, too.

I am worried.

If somebody received an oath letter by mail after this message, please respond and after how many days did you received it?.
