My husband has been here in the US for about 2 1/2 months and still no green card. They have sent him 2 welcome letters, one per month stating his status has been recorded as a permanent resident please allow 60 days for receipt of green card. Has this happened to anyone?

we have big problems... I don't know if we can finish this NVC process..we don't have co-sponsor and my husband can't meet the poverty guidelinesand he don't have work...awwww so sad..
