  1. En el supermercado no venden pescado?

First, I'm looking for people from NEW JERSEY that knows where can I find Fresh FISH to make a ceviche.

And I read others messages from Peruvians in this forum where they talk about their life in USA including peruvian parades, carnavales...

Maybe some nice people around here could help a peruvian that just got to this country to find products to cook his native food.

And I'm prepare for rude answers because rude people exists and i'm ok dealing with that if I could meet cool people long the way!

  2. If you go to your bank and ask for a "Deposit Account Balance Summary"

    at the information desk,

they'll give you that statement inmediately.

For the I-134 for a K-1, I'm intending on listing my annual income and how much money I have deposited in the bank. First, are both items required, or can I just list my annual income? I looked at the poverty level chart, looks like I'm good to go.

I'm in the military stationed in Germany and I've tried twice now over the last 2 months to get the bank to mail me a letter indicating how much I have deposited, how long I've had the account, etc... So far no luck, I guess I'll try to have them fax it.

I have my pay stubs, tax returns, and even tax transcripts from the IRS for the last 3 years. Do you guys think I will be good by just listing my annual income and not even mentioning the deposits in the bank? I've lost faith in my bank to send me a simple letter.

  3. Whoa! Easy everybody! I didn't mean to start trouble here!

I do appreciate the feedback from everyone. While I am now aware of the advice from Visajourney regarding sending four G-325A forms, I have to say, I should not have to read a third-party website to learn this. It should be in the instructions provided by USCIS.

So my hope at this point (because it's all I really have!) is that they realize 1) the form on their website prints out only once, and 2) the instructions on the I-129F asks the petioner to send "a" G-325A (NOT four), and therefore accept what I've submitted as correct. I would be interested in hearing from anyone else who submitted only one and made it through the process.

    I submitted only one...

I also hope they don't give me a RFE...

It is too early to find someone that made it through the process since they change this form only two months ago

  4. First go to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

Click on File (at the top-left window side)

Click on Save As.. (Adobe PDF files)

Then open file on your computer using Adobe Reader 9.0

Adobe Reader has a tool call typewriter!

    Open your g-325a.pdf file

    click on Tools

    drag the mouse to Typewriter

    click on Show Typewriter Toolbar

that tool allows you to write over any part of the form

and you can change the size of the text , spaces and font.

If you have any questions you can reply me! good luck!!!
