    11 wks AP!! :( Planning a trip to see my love in a couple of weeks. My 4th trip to egypt in under a year!! Praying for a miracle, that this AP will end and he can return home with me!!!

    Hi guys, just a little confused here, everytime i checked the K1 journey in Vermont, the date keeps on going backwards. Ysterday it was Ocotber 7 they're processing , now it's Oct. 6. can anybodypls tell me why?

      Its just an estimate based on timelines here. When people update their timeline as receiving their NOA1 the computer here does a calculation. It could be longer than Oct 6 or shorter.

      it definately is not easy and they surely don't care about us. I'm planning another trip to Egypt in a few weeks if we don't hear any news. Saying a prayer for all of us waiting :(

    embassy called my husband and he missed the call!! then the called his sister and told her to send the passport so she could get the visa! Should i kick his butt now or latter.

    Embassy said they sent packet 3 out on Monday....so, where is it???????

      oh really, thats crazy!! The embassy said it was sent via DHL and he should have received it by now. They are sending him another one out by Sunday. We had to change his address and I have a feeling the embassy sent it to the wrong address..

    Getting ready to see my habibi soon, miss him sooo much!!!!! Still no packet 3 from embassy, but heard back that we can go ahead and send everything in anyways :)

    I just called the DOS and the lady told me my visa was issued yesterday!!! I still am in shock and don't even believe it untill i have it in my hands!!! Thank you Allah for your mercy!!

      OMG Congrates!!!!! It usually takes like 5-10 days. They should of been able to give you a tracking number for DHL. I'm soo happy for you guys :)

    OMG stressing out!!! Just found out Mohamed is returning to Egypt today (he didn't know until today either!!!), 1 month early and wants me to come in 2 weeks and stay until November and return to the US together :) Wasn't planning on going until mid September. So many things to do, my head is spinning!!!

      thank you and I'm trying to relax :) He wants me to be there on 8/10 and I just want everything to be perfect for him when he comes, and now reality is setting....when I return he will be with me (I'm praying!!) And the thought of leaving my kids for that long is tearing me up, I feel like I'm a bad parent :(
