Wow Houston,TX is slow. I am still waiting on my 90 days to call. I am still in line for interview.

I got a notice saying I am in line for an interview still. It's been a month as of today. I have 2 more months before I can call and ask to expedite.

Looks like we are both in the Houston, TX office cue. Just have to sit back and wait

I finally un procatinated and filed the N400 today. Even though I qualified last year for my wife since her 3 years married to a US Citizen was already done . Let the fun begin hehe.

Well tomorrow 1/15/ is out three year wedding anniversary!!!

When I checked with USCIS. The date you use is the what is shown on the green card. So if it shows 1/15/2010, you can go ahead and file for citizenship now. If the green card shows 1/15/2010 as date of issue, then you are qualified at 10/15/2009 (90 days before).

I checked online yesterday and it shows 1/14/2013 the new card is being send \:D/

As for I-551 question, it shows that on the USCIS letter as the actual green card.

Quick question, once the 10 year card is approved, can I file the N400 after 3/2013?

I am a US Citizen and my wife has been here per her green card from 5/2010.

I sent my RFE and it reached 12/24/2012...I guess from the other folks, it looks as though the RFE is taking much longer too. My wife's green card was issued in May 2010 so I am wondering if my N400 filing which is coming in March of 2013 will come first...It's just annoying to see it takes so long for them to get things that are clear cut. Also, the fact that you spend so much money in each of these forms.

did you call and ask about your file? I mean there are some february filers who got their green card already, I'm talking about late February filers. Call and see what's going on.

I called, but they said wait at least another month they are still trying to get all the January filers done, and they have spot done February filers.

I filed February 10th and got my NOA February 17th. I wonder when I am gonna hear from them.

Majid_Anna I noticed on your signature that you didn't get package 3 either. I wonder why b/c me and I know 3 other ppl on this forum said the same thing. Looks like that should go in Guides for this website. "Go to consulate to get Package 3/4"

Not sure, but from what I hear, the fiance(e) whoever is not getting interviewed usually has to stick out of the interview room.
